itemizer.help - Allow show all commands
itemizer.name - Allow set item name
itemizer.lore - Allow set item lore
itemizer.potion - Allow create custom potion
itemizer.attr - Allow set attributes
itemizer.flag - Allow set flags
itemizer.enchant - Allow set enchants
itemizer.title - Allow set book title
itemizer.author - Allow set book author
itemizer.head - Allow create custom head
itemizer.clearall - Allow clear ItemMeta
